"We are raising the 'Frankfurter Weg', which is already recognized today, to a new level and adapt it to the requirements of tomorrow," said Social and Health Department Elke Voitl (55, Greens) on Thursday.
The core of this realignment is therefore a new help center decided in July in July near the Frankfurt Bahnhofsviertel. In the future, all important help should be brought together under one roof.Ideally, the drug addicts should find a way out of their illness.
"The spread of crack requires completely new answers from drug policy and drug help," said Voitl.
The Greens politician added: "Because good health and drug policy always has an eye on the entire society: she takes care of those affected and at the same time relieves public space so that all people in this city can live well."
