247 - Hacker Walter Delgatti, known for his involvement in various invasions to government systems, gave testimony for video conferencing on Wednesday (10) to the Constitution and Justice Commission (CCJ).Delgatti, who is arrested in Tremembé (SP), revealed details about the orders he received from federal deputy Carla Zambelli to invade systems from the National Council of Justice (CNJ), the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) and even the Supreme Court (STF).The information is from UOL.
During the interrogation, Delgatti explained that the invasions took place between 2022 and 2023, at the request of Zambelli, who wanted proof that the Brazilian justice system, including the TSE, was vulnerable."She asked me to invade the TSE, the CNJ, the STF, that I could prove that the system was violent, because she wanted to discredit the speech at the time about the security of the justice system and the TSE of Brazil," said the hacker.
Zambelli, who is currently in Italy, accompanied the testimony virtually and had the opportunity to ask questions directly to Delgatti. The deputy's defense can also interrogate the hacker, as well as expert Michel Spiero, who is scheduled to testify about the collection and preservation of digital tests.
In his account, Delgatti was emphatic in stating that there was no personal interest in invading the systems and that he only did so after the deputy's explicit request."I had no interest in this," he said, noting that the only motivation for the invasions was Zambelli's request.
One of the most serious revelations made by Delgatti involved the order to issue an order and arrest order against STF Minister Alexandre de Moraes. The hacker stated that Zambelli would have sent to the "synthesis of the decision" for the execution of this action, which, according to him, should be a way of demonstrating that the system was vulnerable."An order of arrest would be issued against Minister Alexandre de Moraes, as if he were himself having arrest himself, who would be a satire, a way of proving that the system was really invaded," said Delgatti.
In addition, the hacker reported that, due to operation Spoofing, which was investigating the invasion of authorities' cell phones on Telegram, he did not have constant access to the internet.According to him, as a precaution, "every day before bed, I reset the phone."Delgatti also denied having exchanged messages with Zambelli on the attacks, although he confirmed that he received direct orders to make the invasions.
