The target hacker of the invading operation, triggered on Thursday (2), used data from the same federal judge at least 40 times.The investigation points to a scheme in which information obtained illegally helped traders to sell a car that was with judicial restriction.
According to the delegate Luciane Bertoletti, from the 3rd Canoas Police Station, a hacker broke into the Gov.br account of a federal judge in São Paulo and used her password on different occasions to commit law frauds and blows in various regions of the country.
This data was offered to scammers.This was the case of a trader arrested in the operation, who wanted to remove the restriction to complete the sale of the vehicle, a Honda Civic.
"We know that he (merchant) wanted quickly to raise this restriction to be able to market this vehicle and then he sought as unlawfully as possible, which was through this contact, via a message application, to survey in a fraudulent way," says the delegate.
The target was specializing in accessing magistrate accounts and published announcements offering the system of removal of the system Judicial Vehicle Restrictions (Renajud) of the National Council of Justice, used to communicate to traffic departments the judicial situation of a vehicle.
Recently, the hacker was arrested by the Santa Catarina Civil Police for similar practice when he used information from a neighboring state judge.He was arrested in Canoas, where he was living, and has been detained since then at the Canoas State Penitentiary (Pecan).

Car sold in illegal raffle
According to the investigation of the 3rd Canoas Police Station, the main objective of the fraud was to circumvent the judiciary to enable the sale of a Honda Civic that was under judicial restriction.After the block was removed, the merchant passed the vehicle to a resale of two brothers in the Sinos Valley.The investigation pointed out that the car was even purchased for R $ 77,900 by a resident of Caxias do Sul.
The Civic had been seized in August last year, as part of an illegal raffle operation performed by digital influencers.The woman who won the vehicle in one of these raffles sold the car to a merchant.The judicial restriction was determined after negotiation.
