Hackers Threaten Google To Fire Two Techies From Threat Intelligence Group After Being Exposed Or Else…

> Tech Google has been threatened by a hacker group, Scattered LapSus Hunters, asking for the dismissal of two employees associated with the company's Threat Intelligence Group. The Threat Intelligence Group had earlier identified and thwarted a compromise in one of the Salesforce systems used for data storage of small and medium business enterprises at Google. A collective of cybercrooks known as the Shiney Hunters reportedly tried to extort the victims of the hack. Meanwhile Scattered LapSus Hunters want Google’s team to halt all its intelligence-gathering activities. In a Telegram post the cybercriminals claimed that there was no internal evidence of it breaching Google’s internal systems. The group also warned that if their demands are not met, sensitive records will be leaked.
