A 26-year-old hacker was arrested on Tuesday (16) in Pernambuco for invading government systems and selling data to criminals throughout Brazil.According to the Rio Grande do Sul Civil Police, he passed data to a man arrested in August, also in the state, for threatening Youtuber Felipe Bressanim Pereira, known as Felca (understand below).
